1. Who we are
Rapidd is a workout tracking app built as a student project for the Visual Design & Front-end Development minor at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

2. What we collect
Account
Your email address. Rapidd has no passwords: you sign in with a code sent to your inbox, so there is no password for us to store.
Profile
A display name, if you set one.
Workout data
The exercises in your program, the days you train, and the weights and reps you log.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or any advertising identifier. Rapidd contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
3. How we use it
Your email is used to sign you in and to send you sign-in codes. Your workout data is used to show you your own training history and to fill in what you lifted last time.
That is all. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you.
4. Where it is stored
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). Supabase processes it on our behalf under their own data processing terms.
Access is restricted at the database level using row level security, which means the database itself enforces that you can only read and write your own rows. This is not only a rule in the app; it is enforced by the server regardless of what any client asks for.
Email delivery is handled by Resend, which receives your email address in order to send you sign-in codes.
5. Your rights
Rapidd is offered from the European Union, so you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account and all associated data. You can do this yourself at any time in Settings, under Delete your account. This is immediate and permanent.
- Object to or restrict how your data is processed.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any right not available directly in the app, email info@rapidd.app.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
6. How long we keep it
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your program and your workout history from our database.
7. Children
Rapidd is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app develops. The date at the top reflects the most recent version, and significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
